The Beacon Church begins with Jesus Christ. Jesus is training us to be his disciples. We are a bible based christian congregation. We believe that the Bible is God's word, a word that begins and ends with Jesus adn the blueprint of our lives.

 

We believe in the one true God that has manifested Himself to the world in one person, and that is Jesus Christ. becsaue of sin falling upon the earth through humankind by going against God's will, we believe in salvation. The same instruction given to the apostle Peter in Acts 2:38 that full salvation comes through repentance, water baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking with other tongues. Since then, all people have inherited that sin and are born sinful. We believe that people cannot save themselves by their good works. We believe that in order to save us, God sent His Son into the world, Jesus is the Son of God. He lived to fulfill God's law for us, dies ot he cross to pay the penalty that our sins deserved, and rose from the dead so that we might have eternal life. He ascended into heaven, and will come again to take all believers to Himself. We believe that because of Jesus' death, God declares a person righteous and forgiven. 

 

We believe in the church, established by the Lord as a spiritual community for worship, stewardship, and service to God and men. We believe in Judgement day, when all men will stand before God to account for their lives where the unconverted will be punished and the true Christians will receive their just rewards. We believe in tithing and offerings as the method of supporting the Word of the Lord as ordained in Malachi 3:8-10. 

 

All those who believe in Jesus as Savior and are baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost will be saved. We believe that this faith in Jesus is a gift of God, given by the power of the Holy Ghost.
